Assisted Pull Ups are a great way to increase the strength of the Biceps muscles. In order to do a pull up, you have to be able to pull the entire weight of your body up to the bar. Now, using the same philosophy as we have with push ups, you don't have to have that much strength. The pull up will directly target muscles that are not the focus of the push up exercise. This is another opportunity to burn fat and tone your arms.
