Hello,

My name is Randi Friedl. I am a nurse and I have my Master's in Public Health. Well as I approached mid life and did not have as much activity from sports or lifting my children around, I began to gain weight around my middle and have the flabby "old Lady" arms. I was going to the gym and beginning to lift weights. I hated doing the weights, I couldn't remember what setting I was suppose to do in "the circuit" and I always had to leave my home........... Then a cousin of mind introduced me to The Push Up Bench. Assembly was so easy and it took me about 7 minutes, no tools to put it together even. Then after about a week and a half, I decided to try it. From day one on the easier level it was doable, but I could only do 10 reps of 2. The next day my arms ached a little and I kept thinking, what did I do that my muscles hurt, YUP the push up bench. After that and getting results from day one I have been doing it 3-4 times a week. I now have toned muscles in my arms and it has even slimmed down my upper abdomen and I actually can feel muscles again. It is simple, effective and WORKS. I love the fact I can do the push ups at any time.
It is such a bargain, and I am going to highly recommend this product to my clients, i n the health and wellness industry.

Greetings,

I love my Push Up Bench! My husband and I set the Push Up Bench up a week ago tomorrow - it was very easy and my husband thought it was easy to put together and made well. He showed me what to do. I did a couple of push ups and my arms felt like jello. I was/am so out of shape. I did a total of 20 the first night - with many breaks. The next day, I was very sore in my arms, chest, and back. I have done 20 every night this week. Each night was easier, and each day, less sore.

Tonight - day 7 - I did 20 with only a very short break after 10 and I'm not sore at all. I plan to take it down a level tomorrow and increase my push ups by at least 5 - 10 per day.

For the first time, in a long time, I am looking forward to wearing short sleeves soon - It's so easy to do and I can already see and feel results. I'll keep you posted!

I have been using the Push Up Bench as part of my training for a Muay Thai Tournament. The Push Up Bench has helped me in my goals of 1,000 push ups and pull ups per week to strengthen my chest, back, and core to prepare to fight. I utilize the push up bench for both push ups and pulls ups as part of my P90X workouts. It has been a great tool to increase strength and stamina and enhance my overall performance as a fighter.

I am a 69 year old man who has been using the Push Up Bench every day for one month. I started at the highest level with 10 push ups each day. I have worked up to 25 push ups each day. I feel better and can feel muscles that I haven't had for sometime. My wife decided she could use the Push Up Bench also and has just started doing 10 push ups and also is impressed with the way she feels, also. We recommend it for others who would like to feel better.

My daughter, Saje, is 12 and has been using the Push Up Bench for over a year. This piece of exercise equipment has helped her stay competitive in softball, basketball and football. Because she enjoys contact sports, the Push Up Bench has helped her become physically stronger as she competes against boys. As she gets older and the competition becomes stronger, the Push Up Bench will be an important piece of exercise equipment in her regime to keep her in step with the competition.
