Because the Push Up Exercise directly targets the Triceps, Deltoids, Pectorals, Trapezius, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor and indirectly works (Sinergist) muscle like Latissimus Dorsi, Biceps, Abdominals and Obliques I consider it the Ultimate Upper Body Workout. I can think of no other exercise that targets as many muscles as the Push Up Exercise. The problem with the Push Up Exercise is that not everybody has the strength to do Push Ups with correct technique.
